At Survival Club, we proudly partner with Australia Post to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Thanks to our strong relationship with Australia Post, we’re able to deliver your gear with reliable service you can trust. For all orders over $150, we include signature on delivery at no extra cost for added peace of mind.
Survival Club offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders above $150. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 3 business days. Orders under $150 incur a standard shipping fee of $9.99 AUD.
If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.
During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 1-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 4-7 days.
Survival Club offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all our New Zealand customers on orders over $1000 AUD. Orders under $1000 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of only AUD $39.99. Orders can take 2 - 7 business days to be delivered to New Zealand.
During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.
Unfortunately at this time Survival Club is only able to fulfil orders within Australia and New Zealand. If you're outside these locations and desperate to secure some gear, you can always contact an Australian shipping forwarder to receive your shipment and organise international transportation.
