At Survival Club, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy – no questions asked.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions, including where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need something different?

The fastest way is to return your item and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember:

  • It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@survivalclub.co.
