Orders ship out within 48 hours Mon - Fri. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination.

Australian delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but express is usually 1 to 3 business days and 2 to 7 business days for standard. Standard shipping is free for all Australian orders over $150.

Standard New Zealand shipping is free for all orders over $1000AUD.

If you’re located in Australia, standard Aus Post shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $9.99.

Multiple shipping options (including express) are available at check out.

NZ standard shipping is $39.99 and free for orders over $1000AUD.

If you're located outside of Australia and NZ, unfortunately we don't offer shipping to your location at the moment. We are looking to expanding our shipping options in the near future - stay tuned!

You're able to return your product/s for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.

2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, wrappings, boxes and specialty packaging.

3. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

*Please note: If you claim a refund on a kit or bundle, the whole bundle must be returned.

Although Australia Post quote us 2-7 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your order isn’t delivered within 14 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with the shipping provider.

Yes, you can! You can ship Survival Club products as gifts when you enter the address of the lucky recipient in the ‘shipping’ address and your address as the ‘billing’ address.
